Payment terms for consulting services will be agreed upon between Zenagi Coffee and the client prior to the commencement of services. Payment methods and schedules will be outlined in the consulting agreement or invoice.
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information disclosed during the consulting engagement. Confidential information includes but is not limited to business plans, financial data, trade secrets, and intellectual property.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zenagi Coffee shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the use of our services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Either party may terminate the consulting engagement at any time upon written notice to the other party. Upon termination, any outstanding payment obligations and confidentiality provisions shall survive.
